**Customer Relation Executive Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers (local, national and international) and ensure increased walk-ins to the various clinics
- Assign calls to the appropriate clinic based on the criteria defined by the management
- Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Understand and assimilate medical terms in order to have an educated conversation with the customer and better understand their needs
- Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Guide the reception staff on lead calls and improve their walk-in and customer satisfaction ratings
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions using software systems provided
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Identifying and listing out doctors who are prospective referral partners (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS), introducing company and schedule appointments for the marketing team
- Identifying and listing fitness trainers/nutritionists/yoga practitioners who can be prospective referral partners
- Listing out travel agents focusing on international medical tourism
- Engage in patient counseling and assess patient satisfaction
- Follow up calls after a patient completes treatment - 1 month/3 month/6 month
- Assist marketing team in conduct camps or events for the organization
- Build relationships and engage with HR dept. of corporates in order to increase awareness about our services

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate calmly and diplomatically with customers, co-workers, and visitors
- Keen attention to detail, especially involving checking forms and documents for proper information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Proficient in customer service
- Knowledge of medical insurance procedures
- Active listening and comprehension skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
