- _Schedule appointments for clients according to therapist availability, explain intake forms to new clients and process payments after treatment_
- _Maintain records and accounts of clients, such as health histories, treatment plans, feedback forms, and payments_
- _Assist clients in filling out health forms, verifying personal information, and obtaining consent for treatments_
- _Answer multi-line phone and transfer calls to appropriate departments or staff members_
- _Keep track of office supplies, inventories, and equipment, and place orders as necessary_
- _Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the reception area and the treatment rooms_
- _Prepare reports, invoices, labels, and other documents as needed_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Perintalmanna, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
