Candidate Mindset

Responsibilities

  • Book Shipments
  • Track Shipments & Returns
  • Coordinating Deliveries with Shipping Partners & Customers
  • Co-ordinate raw material purchase
  • Answer customer queries
  • Assist in packaging and dispatch
  • Print and Handover new orders to production team
  • Track manufacturing lifecycle for every order to ensure timely production
  • Make Sales Orders

Data Entry Responsibilities

  • Record Attendance
  • Record Employee Production
  • Record Workshop Production
  • Record Oursourced work - printing and dying
  • Record Expenses

Inventory & Platform Management Responsibilities

  • Manage Inventory on Shopify

Qualifications

  • Proficient with English
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role with an apparel business
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Shopify, Zoho Books, & Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
