As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.

- Document client issues and resolutions for future reference.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations.

- Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations.

- Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

- Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management.

- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SD-WAN Operations.

- This position is based at our Indore office.

- A 15 years full-time education is required.
