About the position:
This is a role that combines technical expertise with customer management skills and requires close interaction with the customer in understanding requirements/use cases, scheduling, and proposing solutions. A Professional Services Architect is responsible for system implementation by designing, building pipelines (integrations) and providing product demos/PoCs to our end customers. This person needs an ability to share and communicate ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, to executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear concise language that is the parlance of each group.

Requirements and Preferred Skills:

years of experience with Snap logic and in-depth understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns 2. Strong Database experience (must)

  1. 5+ years of experience with SQL

  2. Hands on experience with REST architectures

  3. Advanced knowledge of SOAP/XML/JMS/JSON, strong understanding of REST principles, and REST & SOAP APIs.

  4. Deep understanding of HTTP and other protocols

  5. Excellent customer facing skills

  6. Must be a self-starter and extremely organized with your space and time.

  7. Ability to juggle working independently and as part of a team.

  8. Accurate and fast decision-making processes 1

  9. Cycle between projects in weeks duration – continually learning about new technology and products.

What you'll do:

  1. Design and configure the environment per the documented configuration requirements

  2. Work closely with the customers to capture the requirements and provide the necessary architectural guidance

  3. Develop, test and deliver integrations for customers to provide highly scalable and repeatable integrations

  4. Perform deployments of the software to customer's non-production and production environments

  5. Understand and demonstrate all use cases to customer's users

  6. Perform unit and functional testing of new features and configuration

  7. Triage and resolve implementation issues

  8. Develop scripts and tools that improve team efficiency, implementation quality and consistency

  9. Create knowledge-based articles and documentation to help partner and SnapLogic implementation team members

  10. Identify business and technical issues throughout the project that could impact requirements, scope, or schedule and work with the project manager to identify potential solutions.

  11. Assure successful and on-time delivery of the projects working closely with the customer and team members

  12. Deliver product trainings as & when needed to the customers in person and via online, and contribute to the training material enhancements based on the new features that are released on the platform
