Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle coordination with customers and internal teams for revenue delivery.
  • Responsible to develop overall strategies to uncover current and future business opportunities with the client organizations.
  • To onboard new customers to the organization for overall sales growth and establishing and managing channel network.
  • To build credibility and trust with the client organizations by providing product and service solutions.
  • To manage strong intrapersonal relationship within organization to work with cross functional teams.
  • Lead team of program managers handling individual accounts.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10–12 years of experience in Program Management.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional programs or projects.
  • Strong project/program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
