Description:
We are hiring a dynamic Admin Executive cum Receptionist to join our team in Mohali. This is a full-time role for female candidates (local to Mohali) with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front-office reception duties and greet visitors, handle calls & correspondence.
- Maintain stock records, monitor inventory and materials.
- Handle housekeeping team, monitor staff performance, coordinate with all departments.
- Assist in event management – planning, coordination, execution.
- Prepare Excel reports including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, MIS as required.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot Table.
- Excellent spoken & written communication skills.
- Local candidates only (residing in or near Mohali).
- Female candidates only.
