  2. Analyze the customer segmentation, sales trends in terms of demographics, geography, characteristics etc. to assess the potential for business

  3. Conduct trainings at the branch for all banking partners around regulatory guidelines and products.

  4. Plan for activation of branches through R&R activities to increase the penetration in active branches to realize full potential of the bank partner in the given geography

  5. Relationship Management

  6. Drive the campaign/contest for the Partner Bank to drive sales in profitable segments.

  7. Assist banking partners in pitching product to crucial customers & driving sales closure for the same.

  8. Identify cross sell opportunities for existing customers

  9. New Acquisition Banking Partners

  10. Gather market information of potential partner, analyze partners profile and customer mix to identify best product fitment from Bajaj General Insurance Limited portfolio, assess profitability & viability assessment of partnership

  11. Schedule meetings with prospective banking clients and brief them about Bajaj General Insurance Limited products/ offer them lucrative products in coordination with the Vertical Head

  12. Service Orientation

  13. Engage with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of work across channels and deliver desired productivity including everyday servicing and policy issuance etc.

  14. Gather relevant documents from customer post sales and submit the same to operations team; gather additional data/documents as required
  15. Resolve operational issues faced by the partners to ensure smooth experience while working with Bajaj general Insurance Limited
  16. Provide support for cancellation requests, policy endorsements; process & track such requests in coordination with internal ops team ; Ensure ease of process & approvals for partners by coordinating with internal Ops team

Support partners to register claims on behalf of customers, coordinate to ensure approvals within agreed timelines.
