About Us:

Splash Gain Associates is a dynamic organization engaged in Recruitment Services and Training & Development, especially for medical professionals. We also provide a wide range of professional training programs including Medical Licensing Courses for GCC countries, Language Development Programs, Aviation-related training, and more.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage all our social media marketing activities and create engaging content to strengthen our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop creative content (posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.) aligned with brand objectives.
  • Design marketing materials such as posters, brochures, and creatives using tools like Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, Illustrator, etc. (Proficiency in any two tools except Canva is mandatory)
  • Handle paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) with performance tracking.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Manage website content updates and ensure SEO best practices are applied.
  • Collaborate with sales and training teams to ensure digital campaigns support business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and apply them to enhance brand visibility.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • Proven work experience (1–3 years) as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Proficiency in at least two designing software except Canva: Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Canva, or other updated tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Creative thinking with strong communication and content-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
