Roles and Responsibility

Liaise with buyers and suppliers for PO/SC/PI.

  • Follow-up with suppliers and shipping agent for cargo readiness and logistic department for shipment booking.

  • Handling customers queries. Advice customer's shipment schedule & details.

  • Providing, packaging, marking, and shipping instructions.

  • If inspection require, prepare & arrange documents to Inspection Company (BV, SGS or others) & supplier/factory.

  • Prepare & apply all export documentations & relevant certificates. Arrange switch BL or telex release if require. Monitor customers' payment.

  • Qualification – Min B Com (Pref: MBA)

  • Male / Female – Male candidate preferred.

  • Work Timings – 10:00AM - 6:30PM

  • Working Days – Mon to Sat. (Alternate Saturday off post confirmation)

  • Work Place – Andheri East

  • Other Benefits – As per company policies

  • Experience – 3-5 Years in Import/Export Field

  • Should be fluent in English Language(written and Verbal)

  • Specific Industry (if any) – Any industry but should have handled Export/Imports transaction including documentations.
