We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to oversee and ensure the

implementation of quality standards across our real estate development projects. The role involves

monitoring construction activities, verifying compliance with project specifications, and supporting

continuous improvement in construction quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect ongoing construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications,

codes, and quality standards.

Conduct quality checks on materials, workmanship, and methods used in construction activities.

Ensure that all quality control documentation is completed and maintained in accordance with project

requirements.

Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve quality issues

promptly.

Implement and monitor quality control systems and procedures across project sites.

Prepare and maintain detailed inspection and test reports.

Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to construction quality and compliance.

Ensure all construction work meets regulatory and legal compliance requirements.

Report non-conformities and follow up with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Participate in internal and external audits and inspections.

Train on-site staff and subcontractors on quality standards and safety procedures.

Stay updated with industry standards, best practices, and construction trends.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

3–7 years of experience in quality control/assurance in the real estate or construction industry.

Sound knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and applicable codes/standards (e.g., IS

codes, NBC).

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Familiarity with tools such as QA/QC checklists, inspection/test plans (ITPs), and quality manuals.

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS

Project) is a plus.

Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹90,000.00 per month
