Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru

OlymPeak Sports Science – The Den of Champions – is a newly launched Sports Rehab & High Performance Clinic in Bengaluru. We are building a cutting-edge ecosystem where physiotherapy, orthopaedics, and sports science come together to help athletes and everyday champions recover faster, train smarter, and perform at their peak.

We are looking for a Strength & Conditioning Expert / Sports Scientist to join our growing team.

Role & Responsibilities


• Design and implement strength & conditioning programs for athletes and general clients.


• Conduct fitness testing, sports science assessments, and performance tracking.


• Provide injury prevention and return-to-play strategies in collaboration with physiotherapists & orthopaedic specialists.


• Guide athletes through structured training sessions, ensuring safe and effective practice.


• Stay updated with latest sports science practices and apply them in training design.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's / Master's in Exercise & Sports Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or related field.


• Certifications such as CSCS, ASCA, UKSCA preferred.


• Strong knowledge of strength training, sports science, and athletic performance.


• Freshers & experienced professionals welcome.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.


• Prior experience working with athletes at any level is a plus.
