Job Description:

We have openings for Civil Engineers and supervisors for a company dealing in civil work. The attributes needed have been mentioned below:

Education: Diploma / Degree

Age: Not above 28.

Experience: 0-3 Years.

Salary: Per Month (depending on experience). *Including PF

Responsibilities:


• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner.


• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other)


• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.


• Assess potential risks, materials, and costs


• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies


• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use


• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status


• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials Requirements


• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc


• Project management and supervision skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• License of professional engineer
• BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Qualifications-Diploma, construction supervisor.

KEY SKILLS FOR CIVIL ENGINEERS:-

sound mathematical, scientific and IT skills the ability to think methodically and to manage projects problem-solving skills ability to work to deadlines and within budgets ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities excellent verbal and written communication skills negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills complete knowledge of relevant legislation.

----CONDITIONS:----

1) Candidate does not have Any Registration of Government PWD, ZP, OR OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.

2) Candidates should submit their valid documents Xerox before the interview.

3) Company will take the Aptitude test, video interview, Final interview.

3) Candidates will serve 6 months probation period. During this period the contract may be terminated by either party by giving notice in writing in lieu thereof. The Company reserves the right to extend or terminate the probationary period in the event that your performance is not up to expectation.
