About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Junior Engineer to join our team. The role

primarily involves site execution, supervision, and contractor handling, with Way Side Amenity Project In Sambhajinagar. This position requires a proactive professional

who is willing to stay on-site for minimum 8 months till the project completes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute site activities in line with project timelines and company standards.
  • Supervise contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with senior engineers, project managers, and clients for effective site progress reporting.
  • Handle day-to-day site operations, including material management, workforce allocation, and adherence to schedules.
  • Resolve site-level challenges by proactively coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation, daily site progress reports, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to achieve defined project goals.
