Role Overview:

The SAP SuccessFactors HCM Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full lifecycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.).

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with stakeholders, HR teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.

Oversee system configuration, integration, and data migration activities.

Identify risks, issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and SAP best practices.

Drive change management, training, and post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and project management.

Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and SAP HCM integration.

PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certification preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with global/multi-country implementations.

Familiarity with middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Boomi).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
