Looking to onboard a skilled SAP HCM professional with 4-6 years of experience. The position is based in Chennai.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and implement SAP HCM solutions for clients.
  • Provide expert knowledge and support on SAP HCM modules and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP HCM.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of SAP HCM processes and procedures.
  • Train and guide junior team members on SAP HCM best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SAP HCM principles and functionalities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with SAP HCM implementation and maintenance projects.
  • Expert knowledge in SAP HCM.
  • Relevant experience in SAP HCM.
  • Current CTC, expected CTC, and current location are required.
  • Preferred location and current organization information will be discussed during the interview process.
