​Job Title: Destination Expert

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Destination Expert – Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of specific destinations ( ​(international). You will be responsible for creating tailor-made travel solutions, managing partner relationships, and driving sales from travel agencies, corporates, and other B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert on specific destinations, including attractions, hotels, transport, local regulations, etc.

Handle inbound B2B inquiries and generate customized itineraries, quotations, and proposals.

Maintain and grow a portfolio of B2B clients including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners.

Negotiate with local suppliers (hotels, transport providers) to get competitive rates and build strong vendor networks.

Provide training and destination knowledge to internal teams and B2B partners.

Ensure excellent customer service by providing prompt responses and solutions to partners.

Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to develop new travel packages and products.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on pipeline performance.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred).

2+ years of experience with expertise in one or more destinations.

Strong understanding of destination-specific logistics (visa, flights, cultural nuances).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience​ in itinerary builders is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic sales environment.

A proactive, sales-driven attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
