  • Prepare Quotations, Purchase Orders, Proforma invoices, and other required documents.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales and delivery records, and provide financial information to the accounts department.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics.
  • Sales team Data Management
  • Review and Generate an order for an invoice
  • Outstanding management by coordinating the sales team
  • Customer relationship management & Customer query handling
  • Support sales head for team operations
  • Provide administrative assistance and support to sales teams.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed university/college/institute.
  • Practical experience of minimum 1- 3 years in operations/sales coordination or related profile Salary : 3-3.6 PLA
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and Documentation skills.
  • Should be fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory
