Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant Intern. In this role, the intern will be responsible for administrative tasks, scheduling, coordinating meetings, and answering emails. They will also assist with project management, research, documentation, and communication across internal teams. The Virtual Assistant Intern will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and supporting the broader goals of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficient organizational and administrative abilities, including scheduling and documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., email platforms, task management software)
  • Research and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
  • Familiarity with renewable energy industries or engineering services is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
