We're looking for an
Operations Executive with travel industry experience
to handle hotel, flight, and transport bookings, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth client travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel, flight & transport bookings as per itineraries
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines & transport providers
  • Handle client queries & calls (inbound/outbound)
  • Track documentation, payments & bookings
  • Handle last-minute changes and cancellations

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel & tourism industry
    (preferably in operations, ticketing, or travel coordination).
  • Good knowledge of
    hotel booking platforms, airline reservation systems (GDS), and travel portals
    .
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with both clients and suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and email correspondence.
