Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive Intern to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. This role involves managing daily operational activities, ensuring process efficiency, coordinating team communications, and supporting various projects aimed at enhancing operational performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, monitor execution, and assist in improving operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.

Support the operations team in process planning, execution, and optimization.

Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment on tasks and timelines.

Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to track operational performance.

Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Maintain records, documentation, and operational databases accurately.

Provide administrative support for ongoing operational projects.

Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in operations management and process coordination.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve operational challenges.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Relevant educational background or experience in operations is a plus.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
