Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a reputed Spinning Mills operation based in Nepal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the company's strategic direction, profitability, operational excellence, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall business operations, strategic planning, and financial management of the Spinning Mills.
  • Drive production efficiency, cost optimization, and quality control across all departments.
  • Oversee sales, procurement, and export/import operations related to raw materials and finished yarn.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve profit margins and market positioning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, board members, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across departments.
  • Manage cross-cultural workforce and ensure operational harmony between Indian and Nepali teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Textile Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15+ years of proven experience in spinning mills or textile manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a CXO or Business Head role.
  • In-depth knowledge of ring spinning, open-end spinning, fiber quality, machinery, and production systems.
  • Strong understanding of international markets, especially in South Asia.
  • Proven track record of turnaround strategy, capacity enhancement, or process automation is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Willing to relocate to Nepal and manage operations locally.
