Senior Sales Manager Northern

Sinclairs Hotels & Resorts is a reputed chain of luxury hotels and resorts across India, known for offering authentic hospitality experiences in unique destinations. At present, Sinclairs is looking for a Senior Sales Manager Northern & Western India, who will be responsible for driving revenue growth for all Sinclairs properties through strategic sales initiatives, business development, and key account management.
The role focuses on Corporate Sales, MICE, Weddings and Events, and Networking with Travel Agencies/Tour Operators.
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for all Sinclairs properties.
- Generate new business leads from corporate clients, travel agents, wedding planners, and event organizers across Northern and Western India.
- Promote Sinclairs properties for MICE, weddings, leisure, and group bookings.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in handling MICE, weddings, corporate accounts and Travel Agencies/Tour Operators.
- Excellent networking, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate , preferably with a Sales/Marketing background.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in hospitality sales, with exposure to multi-property or regional sales roles preferred.
- Preferably should be based out of Delhi, Jaipur, Ahmedabad or Gurgaon.
- Prior experience in leading hotel chains with strong MICE , weddings and event portfolios will be an added advantage.
