About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and prioritize tasks on behalf of the executives.
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Track action items, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Organize events, conferences, and team engagements as required.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–10 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
