Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving company sales goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and report on sales metrics.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and manage key client relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience using CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., technology, retail, B2B, etc.).
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • May require occasional travel to meet clients or attend industry events.

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
