Role Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst for a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work from home. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing market data to identify trends, measure performance, and support data-driven decision-making. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating detailed marketing performance reports, and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns. The analyst will contribute to both strategic and operational initiatives to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:


• Analyze marketing data, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.


• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategy and ROI.


• Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and user support.


• Build and deliver dashboards and regular marketing performance reports for leadership.


• Track and measure campaign effectiveness across channels such as SEO, SEM, email, and paid media.


• Support data integration and ETL processes to streamline marketing data flow.


• Conduct data cleanup, deduplication, and manipulation for accurate reporting.


• Optimize website and landing page performance for SEO and conversion goals.


• Develop and execute SEO-driven content strategies, monitoring keyword and ranking performance.


• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to identify and refine target audiences.


• Reallocate budgets and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.


• Assist with campaign setup, testing, and technical troubleshooting.


• Identify risks or irregularities in campaign data and report findings to stakeholders.


• Stay current on marketing analytics tools, best practices, and industry trends to enhance reporting and performance.


• Additional duties and responsibilities assigned due to business needs.

Skills Required:


• Excel, SQL, CRM systems, ETL, Analytics tools


• SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing


• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.


• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
