Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
with strong expertise in
Capital Markets and Trading
to support the design, enhancement, and delivery of digital trading solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end trading journeys, mobile trading applications, and requirements management for investment and market transaction workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years
    of experience as a Business Analyst, including substantial work in
    Capital Markets and Trading
    .
  • Strong functional understanding of trading products such as:
  • Equities, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Bonds, FX, Commodities, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with
    digital/mobile trading platforms
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    order lifecycle
    , market data, OMS/RMS, and settlement processes.
  • Strong documentation skills: BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps (UML/BPMN).
  • Expertise in tools:
    Jira, Confluence
    , Excel, Visio / Lucidchart.
  • Experience working with
    global banking, investment banking, or financial institutions
    .
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with multi-region stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in
    Agile / Scrum
    environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with any trading systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, FIX, OMS/RMS).
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SEBI, MiFID, FINRA, etc.).
  • Certifications such as
    CFA, FRM, CBAP, Agile/Scrum
    are a plus.
