About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and results-oriented Business Development Professional to lead corporate sales and client acquisition across IT and Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in staffing, C2H (Contract-to-Hire), and payroll outsourcing services, with the ability to build strong business relationships and drive organizational growth. This role involves extensive travel across India for client meetings, relationship management, and business expansion.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities with corporate clients across IT and Non-IT sectors.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote staffing, recruitment, and payroll outsourcing services.
  • End-to-End Sales Management: Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client engagement, and proposal submission to negotiation and closure.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Market Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and business conferences across India.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or client acquisition within the staffing, C2H, or payroll services domain.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and workforce management solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across India for business development activities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented professional.
