About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer who can bring our brand to life online. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging content, making reels, and managing professional platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Create engaging content — including reels, posts, and stories — for various social media platforms.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Design, HR, Tech) for campaigns, hiring updates, and brand initiatives.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Plan and schedule posts consistently across platforms.
  • Coordinate with video editors and designers when needed for content creation.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn branding and employer engagement.
  • Experience in creating reels and video-based content.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics dashboards.
