*Position Overview:*

As the Project Head, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering high-impact real estate and infrastructure projects in Jaipur. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, team leadership, financial oversight, quality assurance, vendor management, and more.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Strategic Planning & Delivery: Develop comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and milestones while ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.

  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Mentor and manage site teams to enhance workflow efficiency and project delivery.

  • Financial Oversight: Supervise cost estimation, cash flow, and financial controls in collaboration with finance teams.

  • Quality & Safety Assurance: Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot technical issues promptly, and maintain stringent quality and safety standards.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Efficiently negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and uphold transparent communication with clients and stakeholders.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and address delays or budget challenges decisively.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation and provide progress updates to senior leadership.

*What You Bring:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

  • Over 10 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure project management

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification (desirable)

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools

  • Strong leadership, financial acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
