Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in civil project coordination and execution.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of site planning, construction processes, and maintenance protocols.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on retail, manufacturing, or commercial projects.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory requirements.
