We are currently seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead our construction projects. With extensive experience in civil engineering and project execution, particularly in large-scale hotel, resort, and township development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of civil engineering standards, codes, and regulations to ensure quality delivery.
  • Manage all aspects of drawing, planning, execution, and mapping to meet project requirements.
  • Lead pre-opening project work, ensuring timely completion and adherence to set timelines.
  • Oversee projection work under purchase, consumption, and related heads to maintain financial discipline.
  • Develop and execute effective budgetary and target planning to drive project success.
  • Coordinate between service providers (architects, contractors, consultants), site staff, and head office to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Supervise, mentor, and guide engineering teams to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, meetings, and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address queries and concerns.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, budgets, handover lists, and working updates to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and address grievances efficiently to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel/resort project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project viability assessment for new developments.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and on-site presence.
