Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible
Billing Engineer
with hands-on experience in fire door installation projects. The role involves managing day-to-day project execution, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overall project planning, execution, and monitoring of fire door installation projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and track project schedules, site progress reports, and installation milestones.
  • Supervise and support site engineers, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee site measurements, BOQ validations, and billing support.
  • Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate where necessary.
  • Ensure proper documentation including work orders, installation checklists, and client sign-offs.
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Report project status to the Project Manager and senior management.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech / Diploma in any stream.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project execution, preferably in the
    fire door or door hardware installation industry
    .
  • Strong project coordination and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and AutoCAD.
  • Sound knowledge of industry standards and safety compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience handling multiple project sites simultaneously.
  • Local candidate or willing to relocate to Delhi.
