Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing Engineer at Ambience Interiors Pvt Ltd, located in Delhi, India. The Billing Engineer will oversee the preparation and verification of bills for interior fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Responsibilities include analyzing and reconciling client and vendor bills, preparing measurement sheets, maintaining work progress records, and collaborating with project teams to ensure timely billing. The engineer will also address discrepancies and provide regular reports to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in quantity surveying, bill preparation, and measurement sheet creation
  • Strong expertise in project estimation, cost analysis, and rate analysis
  • Experience in project billing, vendor invoicing, and payment certification
  • Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction projects is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
