Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Manage and grow company social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
Execute paid promotions, lead generation ads, remarketing campaigns, and performance-based campaigns.
Track analytics (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversions) and prepare detailed performance reports.
Stay updated with latest digital trends, automation, and competitor strategies.
- YouTube & Vlog Management
Plan, script, shoot, and edit YouTube vlogs on projects, site visits, design walkthroughs, client stories, and brand journeys.
Create engaging video content with professional editing, thumbnails, tags, and descriptions.
Manage channel growth, subscriber retention, and optimize for higher visibility.
Track YouTube analytics (views, retention, impressions, CTR) and apply insights to improve.
- Site Visits & On-Ground Marketing
Visit sites regularly to capture real-time videos, progress updates, and project transformations.
Document before-and-after results, client testimonials, and team interviews.
Produce walkthroughs and virtual tours for project showcases.
Work with project managers to schedule shoots without disrupting workflow.
- Reels & Short-Form Video Creation
Create high-quality reels and short videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Cover multiple verticals including:
Interior design projects (site progress, before/after, design walkthroughs).
Automation solutions (smart home features, demos, tutorials).
Smart locks and other product promotions (features, unboxing, installation, client usage).
Use trending music, effects, and transitions to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align reels with marketing goals.
- Video Editing & Multimedia Production
Edit videos with animations, captions, graphics, and sound effects for storytelling impact.
Repurpose site footage and vlogs into snippets and reels.
Maintain an organized video library for brand archives and future use.
- Content Writing & Copywriting
Write blogs, web content, and case studies showcasing projects and products.
Draft captions, ad copies, newsletters, press releases, and product descriptions.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms.
Proofread and optimize all written content for SEO.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend mapping.
Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, schema, keyword optimization).
Execute off-page SEO (backlinking, guest posting, citations).
Optimize both website content and YouTube videos for higher organic visibility.
Track SEO performance with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Reporting & Strategy Development
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaigns, SEO, social media growth, YouTube performance, and reels engagement.
Suggest innovative digital strategies and creative storytelling ideas.
Share actionable insights with management for marketing improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹32,000.00 per month
