Job Title: HR Intern

Location: The Fern Residency Hotel, Seshadripuram, Bangalore

Duration: 3–6 months Internship

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is designed for students who are interested in starting a career in HR and gaining hands-on exposure to various HR functions in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-up.
  • Support employee onboarding and documentation process.
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing training, employee engagement activities, and events.
  • Support HR team in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute new ideas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
