Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across various market segments (Corporate, MICE, Travel Agencies, OTA, etc.).
- Conduct effective sales calls, client visits, presentations, and site inspections to showcase hotel offerings and services.
- Develop strategic action plans to attract high-yield accounts and increase room night production and banquet revenue.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, industry influencers, corporate travel planners, and event organizers.
2. Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts by maintaining regular contact, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor account production and take corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
- Handle RFPs, corporate rate negotiations, and contracting in alignment with revenue and pricing strategies.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance visibility and brand awareness.
3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Work closely with the Director of Sales and Revenue Management to develop and execute segment-specific sales strategies aligned with the hotel's overall goals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for room revenue, banquet revenue, and other revenue streams.
- Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and demand forecasts to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Contribute insights to the budgeting and forecasting process, based on market intelligence and pipeline performance.
4. Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, account contacts, proposals, and contracts in the hotel's CRM or sales system.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, revenue projections, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Events, Reservations, F&B) to ensure seamless delivery of services for clients and groups.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, sales procedures, and data privacy regulations.
5. Collaboration & Teamwork
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotions, packages, and campaigns.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and strategy sessions to discuss targets, client feedback, and new business ideas.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members when required.
- Coordinate with operations teams to deliver outstanding service and guest satisfaction for contracted events or group bookings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in hotel sales, with proven success in managing corporate or MICE accounts; experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of sales processes, account management, and market segmentation is essential.

- Proficiency in hotel sales tools and software (e.g., Delphi, Opera, Salesforce, CI/TY, MS Office).
- Willingness to travel locally or internationally for client meetings, trade shows, and events.

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
