Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager Inside Sales & Operations to lead our inside sales team and drive the growth of our CPA/CMA course offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, performance management, and seamless coordination between sales and operational functions to ensure an exceptional learner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the inside sales team to drive enrolments for CPA and CMA programs.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor performance metrics, pipeline progress, and daily productivity to ensure consistent team output.
Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Collaborate closely with marketing, academics, and operations teams to ensure smooth lead flow and student onboarding.
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including CRM management, reporting, and workflow optimization.
Work with leadership to forecast revenue, analyze sales data, and identify growth opportunities.
Handle escalations and complex customer interactions when required.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address feedback to improve services.
