Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for our company for the role Senior Technical Recruiter.

Exp - 4 to 10 Years

NP - Immediate to 15 Days

Interview - Face to Face Interview only (Bangalore, Marathalli)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Work extensively on contract staffing across various IT technologies.
  • Handle hiring requirements for product-based clients and understand their specific expectations.
  • Source profiles through job portals, social platforms, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct candidate evaluation on skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for niche and high-demand skills.
  • Manage offer negotiation, onboarding, and documentation for selected candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on IT recruitment experience.
  • Mandatory: Strong experience in contract staffing with product-based clients.
  • Excellent understanding of IT technologies (Java, Cloud, QA, DevOps, SAP, Data Engineering, etc.).
  • Proficient in sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, and other advanced tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced hiring environments with tight deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred.
