Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Jr
Executive
with hands-on experience in accounting and taxation processes, preferably gained through work in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, GST and TDS compliance, and statutory payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform
basic accounting entries
including: - Sales, Purchase, Journal Entries
- Credit Notes & Debit Notes
- Prepare and maintain
GST workings
, including: - Monthly GST returns filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- GST payments and reconciliation
- Handle
TDS
responsibilities: - Monthly TDS calculations & payments
- Quarterly TDS return filing (Form 26Q, 24Q, etc.)
- Ensure timely payments of
statutory dues
such as: - PF (Provident Fund)
and
PT (Professional Tax) - Maintain accurate records and coordinate with auditors as needed
- Stay updated with applicable accounting and tax compliance changes
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Com
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a CA firm
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Attributes:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
