We are seeking a
Marketing Trainee
 from a reputable management or textile institute to work directly with the
President of Business Operations (Marketing)
.  The role offers hands-on exposure to strategic marketing operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading fabric manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Project Documentation:
     Assist in documenting ongoing marketing and business development projects, including maintaining detailed project reports, SOPs, and process updates.
  • Project Timelines:
     Regularly update, track, and highlight project progress, milestones, and deliverables for the President's review.
  • Team Coordination:
     Support team-building initiatives and facilitate coordination across sales, merchandising and product development/ design teams.
  • Presentations & Pitches:
     Prepare and organize marketing decks, business pitches, and project summaries for internal and client presentations.
  • Meetings & Communication:
     Organize and schedule meetings; ensure action points are recorded and follow-ups are tracked to maintain adherence to timelines.
  • SOP Development:
     Assist in drafting and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to marketing and operations.
  • Market Support:
     Contribute to market research, competitor tracking, and insights that support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Any graduate or Post Graduate (Full Time) from a reputed institute.
  • Fresher to 1 year of experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite (word, excel & Powerpoint)
  • Strong knowledge or working experience of Power BI will be added advantage
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach
