Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Account Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining financial records. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, facilitating communications between clients and the team, and ensuring clients' needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Finance and Account Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
