Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct fieldwork and site inspections as needed
  • Coordinate with the architect, liaison, Consultant, PMC and ABET project team to ensure effective collaboration and project alignment.
  • Perform data collection and analysis as needed
  • Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment and labour
  • Support supervisor to monitor fit-outs & interior projects to ensure that they are proceeding according to schedule and within budget parameters
  • Coordinating with supervisors and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time
  • Inspecting renovations with supervisor to ensure that work is being done according to plans and specifications
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, assessments and other deliverables of interior work
  • Attend project meetings and site visits as required
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and developments in the infrastructure field
  • Comply with all Trust policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting Manager
  • Adhere to all safety standards and regulations

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software programs

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel & Tally.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Strong ethics and an ability to manage confidential data.
