Role Description

The
Senior Planner
will be responsible for developing, managing, and tracking project schedules across all Crest real estate developments — ensuring timely execution, cost efficiency, and alignment between design, construction, procurement, and statutory milestones.

This role requires a strong command of project planning tools, analytical rigor, and the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams — including design consultants, contractors, and internal project management — to proactively identify risks, delays, and critical path dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive
  baseline and catch-up schedules
  for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Continuously
  track progress
  against approved schedules and update plans in line with on-ground realities.
• Define and monitor
  resource requirements
  , ensuring optimal allocation and utilization across projects.
• Coordinate
  contractor appointments
  ,
  material procurement schedules
  , and
  liaison/approval timelines
  .
• Track
  consultant drawings, deliverables, and submittals
  , maintaining version control and documentation.
• Prepare
  weekly, biweekly, and monthly progress reports
  for management review.
• Conduct
  delay analysis
  and propose mitigation plans to recover schedule slippages.
• Prepare detailed
  MIS reports
  ,
  progress review presentations (PRMs)
  , and
  dashboard updates
  .
• Flag
  critical issues
  to senior management with data-backed insights and action recommendations.
• Maintain a complete
  record of events and deviations
  throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support
  budget tracking
  and alignment of schedules with financial milestones.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
  from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification
  in Project Planning/Management (NICMAR or equivalent preferred).
• 11+ years
  of experience in
  planning and scheduling large-scale residential and commercial projects
  , from concept to handover.
• Proven proficiency in
  Primavera (P6)
  ,
  MS Project
  ,
  AutoCAD
  , and
  MS Office Suite
  .
• Strong understanding of
  construction sequencing
  ,
  liaison processes
  , and
  project cost controls
  .
