Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-friendly HR professional to manage statutory compliance, employee compensation data, and HR operations. The role requires an individual who is approachable, organised, and capable of working across teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, with
primary focus on clinics
while supporting the corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate adherence to statutory obligations across all locations, focusing on clinics first.
  • Manage and validate employee compensation data for payroll processing, leaving no room for error.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in line with labour laws and organisational policies.
  • Oversee submissions and reporting through statutory authorities and official regulatory portals.
  • Support HR audits and inspections by preparing required documentation and reports.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, leave, and statutory matters in a people-friendly and approachable manner, escalating complex issues to Head HR for resolution.
  • Maintain and administer HRMS platforms such as
    GreytHR, Zoho, or similar
    , ensuring accuracy of employee data, integrations, and reports.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Google Sheets
    to manage trackers, generate reports, and analyse data accurately.
  • Manage employee
    background verification processes
    by working with third-party agencies and ensuring timely completion.
  • Implement HR policies and processes consistently across clinics and the corporate office.
  • Monitor and update HR policies and procedures to stay aligned with statutory and organisational requirements.
  • Support periodic MIS reporting and compliance dashboards for leadership visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations, with strong exposure to statutory compliance and payroll administration.
  • Knowledge of labour laws, statutory obligations, and HR policies.
  • Proficient with
    HRMS platforms such as GreytHR, Zoho, or similar
    , with hands-on expertise in
    Google Sheets
    for reporting and analysis.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and process-driven with strong follow-up skills.
  • Approachable, collaborative, and capable of building trust across the organisation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with leadership and employees.
