Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Business Development Executive. The individual will focus on generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying leads, pitching services, fostering communication with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert opportunities
- Strong skills in Business strategy development and understanding market trends
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively engaging clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining and nurturing client relationships
- Goal-driven mindset with strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with software development or technology services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
