Role Description


1. Business Development Executive

  • Identify and connect with potential clients and partners
  • Conduct market research and generate new business leads
  • Manage CRM and support sales strategies
  • Skills: Communication, negotiation, MS Excel/CRM tools


2. Marketing & Content Associate

  • Assist in digital marketing campaigns and social media strategy
  • Write and edit content for blogs, emailers, and social media
  • Work with design and branding teams for creative execution
  • Skills: Content writing, basic SEO, social media trends


3. Operations & Strategy Analyst

  • Support internal operations and performance tracking
  • Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for project execution
  • Skills: Analytical mindset, Excel/Google Sheets, problem-solving


4. Product/Tech Support (for CS/IT graduates)

  • Collaborate with the tech team to support users and resolve bugs
  • Gather feedback and assist in improving user experience
  • Test features and maintain documentation
  • Skills: Basic technical knowledge (HTML, SQL, etc.), attention to detail
