Education: B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA (Finance)

Shifts: UK & US (should be flexible to work in both)

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 30 days

Open Positions & Experience:

  • Senior Associate: 2–4 years
  • Lead Associate: 4–7 years
  • Assistant Manager (AM): 7–9 years

Detailed Job Description – Record to Report (R2R)

As part of our Accounting team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and analysis through end-to-end R2R activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities accurately and on schedule.
  • Handle journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations (intercompany, bank, fixed assets, etc.).
  • Prepare and review balance sheet and P&L reports ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance.
  • Ensure account reconciliations and variance analysis are performed timely and accurately.
  • Drive process improvements and automation in the R2R cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with FP&A, AP, AR, and audit teams for reporting and control purposes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance standards, and SOX requirements.
  • Work extensively on ERP systems such as SAP and BlackLine for account reconciliations and reporting automation.
  • Support audit activities with proper documentation and explanation of transactions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Solid hands-on experience in Core R2R processes

Proficiency in SAP and BlackLine ERP (must-have)

Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask in a dynamic environment
