Eligibility - Undergraduate or Graduate | 03 years of experience

Job Description

  • Handle customer queries via both voice calls and live chat across international markets.
  • Provide quick and accurate solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and updates accurately in CRM systems; maintain clear records of issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to improve processes and share feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and consistently work within the fixed shift schedule.
