We are looking for dynamic, customer-oriented individuals to join our International Voice Process team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls to customers from international locations.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints by identifying the problem and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
  • Experience: 1 year experience in international voice.
